SLICE

Instead of a recipe this week, I’m plugging my new food venture SLICE. A pizza shop in the heart of Leeds, serving stone baked pizza by –you guessed it - the slice.

Using the best quality ingredients, a mixture of local and imported produce, we will be serving up three different stone baked pizza varieties. This will include a real BBQ smoked pulled pork number, a classic interpretation of the margarita using English buffalo mozzarella and finally a mystery seasonal flavour.
